A Family Feature Film Ten-year-old Andy wants to build and fly model airplanes. His father, John Kirkland, remains grounded in his fear from the past, and does his best to discourage his son. It appears that the father's past will block Andy's future. The film is set in rural Indiana in 1946. It is a time of changes. |
